Please contact us before returning any items. Most issues can be resolved with a little tech support.
We only accept returns within 30 days of receipt (for international orders, 30 days from shipment).
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be unopened and in 100% new condition.
Orders over $250 are subject to a 10% restock fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To ensure safe delivery of your return, please protect the product with bubble wrap or similar. Please be sure to add tracking information to your return postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged products that are shipped to us. Please do not contact us with your tracking information once you send the return. Returns may take 2-3 business days to process, please do not contact us to check on the status of the return within this timeframe.
We will issue refunds (minus original shipping and handling fees) to the PayPal/Credit Card account used for the original purchase.
Custom ordered products are not eligble for returns.
